Richmond County Partnership for Children in North Carolina

The Richmond County Partnership for Children is accepting proposals for the following activities:  Bilingual Medical Home Coordinator; Child Care Health Consultant; Child Care Resource & Referral; Child Care Star Enhancement; Child Care Subsidy; Child Care Subsidy Administration; Community Awareness; NC Pre-K; Professional Development; Quality Enhancement; Reach Out and Read; and Sandhills Children’s Center.  These funded programs are for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

Agencies/organizations desiring to be considered should have a demonstrated record of success in service delivery and a strong fiscal and programmatic system of accountability and reporting.   Activities should:  (1) target children ages birth to five and their families; (2) relate to one or more of the objectives of the Partnership; and (3) relate to one or more of the identified activities.   Substantial reporting requirements are required.  Final budgets, not yet determined, may vary from their strategic plan depending on the legislation.  RFP Submission Deadline: November 8, 2017 at 12 noon
